- Discovery. Goals, audience, competitors, and the specific actions the site needs to drive.
- Structure and wireframes. Sitemap, URL structure and what each page is for, all agreed before anyone opens a design tool.
- Design. A visual system: type, colour, spacing, components. Not a folder of disconnected mockups.
- Build and QA. Development with performance and accessibility checks running throughout, tested on real devices rather than just a browser resize.

Do you work with an existing site, or start over?
Either. If the foundations are decent we'll improve what's there. If the structure is actively fighting you, a rebuild usually works out cheaper than patching it forever. We'll tell you which one you're looking at after we've had a proper look.
Will I be able to edit it myself?
Yes. You get documentation and a walkthrough, and we build so that routine changes don't need a developer.
