Built around your process, or properly run in the system you already own
Custom builds start from your actual process. The stages a deal really moves through, the fields your team really needs, the reports somebody really reads. Not a generic pipeline you spend the next year bending yourself around.
Management is the less interesting half and often the more valuable one. Most CRMs fail through neglect rather than being the wrong choice: duplicate records everywhere, stages nobody updates, automations the team stopped trusting, and adoption that quietly collapsed about eight months ago. We fix the data, rebuild the configuration and keep it healthy.
We work in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Go High Level, among others. Nexxy too, when it's genuinely the better fit.

What changes
Fits your process
Stages, fields and automations shaped around how your team actually sells.
Data you can trust
Deduplicated, normalised and enriched, so the reports mean something.
Adoption that holds
Training and workflows simple enough that people keep using them after month two.
Reporting that gets read
Dashboards that answer specific questions rather than displaying everything at once.
How it works
- Audit and mapping. How work flows through the business today, where it breaks, and what the CRM should be doing about it.
- Design. Pipelines, objects, fields, permissions and integrations, specified before anything gets built.
- Build or reconfigure. A custom implementation, or a rebuild of the instance you already have.
- Data migration. Cleaning, deduplicating and importing, with a validation pass before anything goes live.
- Training and ongoing management. Onboarding for the team, then continuing administration if you want it.
Frequently asked questions
Will you push me onto Nexxy?
No. If your current CRM is right for you then keeping you on it is the better outcome, and we'll say so. Nexxy comes up when it fits, not as a default.
Our data is a mess. Is that a problem?
That's the normal starting point. Cleanup and deduplication are part of the job, not something you need to sort out before we get involved.
Can you just administer what we've already got?
Yes, that's the management side of this. Ongoing configuration, data hygiene, reporting and support, without you having to hire someone full time.
